Now that I've corrected my spelling error (adding the letter b to December in the post below), we can get on with things!
Just got back from Las Vegas - weather was chilly; not much warmer than here so around 6 degrees there. Stayed in a beautiful new hotel, Vdara, which is in the new City Center complex on the strip. Amazing hotel with 5 star service! BUT, the most important part was the shopping. I got tons of great deals; when they say the US got hit hard in the recession, they mean it. Coach bags were anywhere between 35% and 60% off (I got 5!) and good brand name clothes were on at great low prices. Hard to pass up the bargains! Boots and shoes were priced really low on sale (got 3 pairs) and hubby cleaned up in the jeans department! Now to leather-protect and wash all this stuff... ;-) jm
